Our Story

TurkeyCoach was founded in 2010 by Ahmet Yilmaz, a former corporate executive who recognized a significant gap in the Turkish business landscape: a lack of specialized coaching services that combined international best practices with deep local market knowledge.

What began as a small practice with just three coaches has grown into one of Turkey's most respected business coaching firms, with a team of over 20 specialized coaches and consultants serving hundreds of businesses across Turkey and neighboring regions.

With 25+ years of leadership experience across multiple industries, Ahmet founded TurkeyCoach after recognizing the need for specialized business coaching in Turkey. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and executive coaching certifications from ICF and Harvard Business School.

Zeynep Kaya

Director of Leadership Development

An organizational psychologist with expertise in leadership development, Zeynep leads our executive coaching programs. Her research on leadership effectiveness in Middle Eastern contexts has been published in several international journals.

Emre Demir

Head of Entrepreneurship Coaching

A successful serial entrepreneur, Emre has founded three technology startups in Turkey, including one that was acquired by a European tech giant. He now leads our entrepreneurship coaching division, helping new ventures scale effectively.
